This is a prerequisite for the Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Application

The Utah Concealed Firearms Permit is honored in over 30 states

For Permit Holders 21 years of age

The Utah Provisional Concealed Firearms Permit is honored in 19 states

for permit holders between 18-20 years of age

Certification by Utah Instructor

Black Pen

Addressed Mailing Envelope

The Application will be completed in class then stamped

and signed by the Instructor.

Upon Successful Completion Of the Class, the applicant will only need to mail the included envelepe

Seating is limited and Pre-Registration is Required.

What to bring:

Valid unexpired driver's license, state ID card or valid US Passport

Payment to the State of Utah
